In brief

What works, what to weigh

+

Strengths

3 reasons to book
  • Spacious, apartment-style rooms — Guests repeatedly note the generously sized and well-appointed apartments, with kitchens, laundry facilities, and living areas that suit longer stays and families.
  • Quiet yet central location — Set in a business district, the residence offers a calm environment while remaining within reach of Hanoi's old quarter and other attractions.
  • Convenient access to a mall — The building houses a shopping center, providing easy shopping and dining options right below the residence.
–

Worth weighing

4 to weigh
  • Check-in window ends at 23:30 — If your flight or arrival is late, you'll need to coordinate with the hotel, as check-in closes at 23:30.
  • No pets allowed — The residence does not accept pets, which may be a consideration for those traveling with animals.
  • Rooms rated lower than general experience — Guest ratings for rooms are slightly below the overall score, suggesting that while the apartments are praised, they might not consistently meet the highest expectations.
  • Adults-only policy — Despite family-friendly amenities, the property lists an 'adults only' restriction — which may mean children aren't accommodated in certain areas or the property is oriented to adults. Clarify with the hotel before booking if traveling with kids.
